We can provide fully stocked and staffed bars for any occasion. You can even choose from a variety of different styles to suite your event.
Drinks on the go? Yes please! The By Ambience mobile bar is licensed and is a great addition to your big event. Need a champagne reception to toast your nuptials? After a personalised cocktail to wow guests at a business event or birthday party? Maybe you just want quality wines for tables at a staff party or awards ceremony? No problem!
At By Ambience, we know that delicious food tastes even better with an ice cool drink to wash it down with, especially when the sun is shining! The Ambience bar is fully flexible, and can be used as part of a By Ambience catering package, or can be used alone if you’ve already got your nibbles taken care of.
While you’re busy planning your perfect menu, it’s important not to forget about what your guests will wash all that tasty food down with….but don’t worry, we’re here to help!

We love to source as many of our ingredients locally as we can. For example, our wines, ciders, spirits and beers which we serve at our events are made in and around us – here in Sussex. We have carefully handpicked them because of their fantastic quality and exquisite taste. Also on our drink menu is a vast array of global branded beverages, so if you have a specific requirement, please let us know as our team will always aim to ensure you have a well-stocked event with your favourite tipple!
Complementary Drink & Food Creations
We believe your guests should experience the first-class taste sensation they deserve. Whether you would like a BBQ or hog roast in the glorious sunny weather our event bar will pair with this perfectly, leaving you able to have fun with your guests all day and not be topping up your guests drinks! Our bar is perfect for weddings, company celebrations, business parties, outdoor events and more! However, if you don’t require our full bar for your celebration or event, however you do still require drinks we can serve fantastic table wines and we also have bespoke toasting packages to celebrate in style! Alternatively, you can hire our bar on its own, no food required!
Our evening event cash bar is free to hire (T & C’s apply) so don’t hesitate to get in touch with one of our team!
