Ash has been involved in the catering industry for a number of years, gaining experience in high-end hotels, fine dining restaurants and big brand operations. Ash has been awarded the Master Chefs’ of Great Britain’s advance training diploma and was lucky enough to have a two week trip to the highly acclaimed Johnson and Wales University of Charlotte, USA. Ash brings from his experience an individual flare to all the By Ambience menus and dishes.

Gary’s passion for food started at a young age and he’s been developing his craft in the catering and hospitality arena ever since. Gary has worked within award-winning gastro pubs, prestigious golf clubs and fine dining restaurants. He brings meticulous attention to detail and a flair for flavour and taste creation.

By Ambience was a natural next step for Gary as he continues to hone his skill and passion to bring clients the very best fresh and delicious food.

Head Chef

Brian is integral to the successful and smooth operation of By Ambience. As head chef he uses his years of experience and skill gained from his involvement in numerous restaurants and hotels. He is a fundamental part of the company, contributing to the development of new and innovative dishes, as well as the planning and smooth running of events.

Gary, Ash and Brian work very closely to ensure the delivery of a professional, bespoke and extra special service.
